Build Customer Loyalty and Join Us in an EPIC One Day Customer Sale!

Keep reading for the strategy behind this amazing sale happening in May and the instructions to have your most profitable sale yet!

THIS HELPS OUR TEAM FINISH OUR BIG YEAR END GOALS!

Do not post about the sale or talk about it until one week before. Dated instructions are below on what to send and when.

Watch this video for all the EPIC Sale tips, tricks & ideas!

1. Be a great copy cat (literally follow what is laid out below) Don’t post too early! 

Get everything set ahead of time (customer list/email list/text list READY!)

2. Set a sales goal you’d like to hit -when it’s decided, it’s done. Remember, what you believe, you can ACHIEVE!

3. Know how you’re going to spend the money you’re earning and write it down!

4. HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE! Expect great things and great things will happen!

✨ SAVE the images below to use throughout the sale process (text reminders, group posts, etc.)

From your computer, right click on the image, then click “save image as” to download and save to your computer.

From your phone, hold your thumb down on the image, the select download photo to save it to your phone.

 UPDATE MyCustomers on INTOUCH

Make sure your customer list is up to date!

 PREPARE YOUR EMAIL

Add all your customers into a group on your email so you can send emails easily.

With most email providers, you can schedule the email to send out beforehand! Make sure to send out from you to yourself and use the “Bcc” for the group recipient addresses, which means you are sending a blind copy and doesn’t look like it was sent to everyone.

 PROJECT BROADCAST

If you have Project Broadcast, make sure you’ve created a Tag for all your Customers (project broadcast is a texting service that allows you to mass text people with their name very easily.

 REVIEW! Review this information so you have a clear understanding of how to really rock this sale!

 FOLLOWING UP WILL DOUBLE YOUR RESULTS!

If there are customers you didn’t hear from-reach out to them, people forget!

 CHECK YOUR MINDSET! If you sell $100 by doing this sale, that is $100 more than if you didn’t even try.

 Send the EPIC one day sale info (see below) to your entire client base in either a text, FB message, or an email and other friends/family.  Be detailed on how customers can pay and order. Emphasize they should “check their stash” to see what they need!

TO EMAIL THE INFO TO YOUR CUSTOMERS:

If you open the link: https://tinyurl.com/mrfsev3d

and hit CTRL-A to select everything, then CTRL-C to copy, then open your email “compose” window and hit CTRL-V, it will paste in to the body of your email.  You can also post the link in your customer group. 

PRO TIP: Use a catchy subject like one of these: Save the date! My one day Semi-Annual EPIC one day Sale is next Thursday! or My biggest sale of the year starts Thursday morning-Time to check your stash!!

✨ Post the Save the date in your PRIVATE Customer Facebook / Instagram pages

When you post say something like “Save the date for one week from today! My biggest discounts of the season! Time to check your stash and see what you need so you are ready for Thursday May 16th! Details were emailed and/or texted to you!

Do NOT rely solely on your Facebook Group – you will not yield the same results and it will be less effective, especially to the customers who do not utilize Facebook as often or at all.

 Text (in the morning) Use this text script as an idea for your own!

Hi ___! It’s _____ your Mary Kay girl:). My EPIC One Day Sale is coming up this Thursday the 16th & I’m so excited! The best discount is ordering between 8-10am-set your alarms! Click here to shop: {insert shop my party link} You can also call, email, or text if you prefer to order that way! I’m telling you now so you have time to check your stash & ask any questions! Thanks again for being a huge part of my success, I really appreciate you! 

P.S. the first 10 to order $100+ (before discounts) on the 16th will get _______________)

(Ex. Free shipping, gift with purchase, some other product you have that’s past limited edition…choose an extra perk you would be excited about)

 

 Post SALE FLIER to your Private Customer Group(s)

Use Wording like “Who’s excited? The Countdown begins!”

And be sure to remind them they are entered into the $400 cash drawing for ordering $50+!

IMPORTANT

Sales/discount are to be posted in your PRIVATE customer groups only. Not your main profile. Make sure to use the same graphic for each time so the customer relates it to your sale! (I suggest using the one right below with the times of day savings)

✨ Send the SALE EMAIL earlier in the day as a reminder to your entire client base (and other friends) through gmail (or whatever email you use.)

Remember you can either email this link or if you open this link, and hit CTRL-A to select everything, then CTRL-C to copy, then open your email “compose” new and hit CTRL-V, it will paste into the body of the email. Be sure to use a catchy subject line again, like “Reminder! My One Day Sale Starts Tomorrow! It’s like Black Friday in May!”

 Post a fun HYPE picture, Gif, or meme to your Facebook group to create excitement-ask “who is ready to go tomorrow with our sale!?”

 IN THE EVENING like 7-8pm, send a text reminder. I had EXTRA good sales last time because of it:

Hi ___, Just a reminder my semi-annual customer appreciation epic one day sale starts tomorrow! Biggest savings begin at 8am! The easiest way to shop is to click here: {insert shop my party link} otherwise text or email is ok too! The first 10 to order $100+ get ________I appreciate you😘

 Post the SALE PIC in your Customer Group to go out at 7:30a.m. Schedule this ahead of time and also link the email in the post in case they missed it in all the 20 bazillion other communications lol! 

✨ Diligently go through all your orders and make sure you haven’t forgotten anyone! Decide which orders to deliver and which ones to ship, and which ones to use Customer Delivery Service with!

✨ Text any customers who didn’t order during the sale and offer them a “second chance” discount Fri-Sunday. That text could look like this:

“Hi_____It’s _____, just following up, I know life gets busy so I wanted to offer you a second chance discount of 15% off through Sunday if you missed my one day sale. You can call, email, reply, or shop online!”

✨ Add up your total and either text it to me if you’re not on Facebook, or add it to our celebration hub. This helps me to know if we did $16,000 in one day!
